Le Parisien's initial report on Christmas Day, later substantiated by Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, indicated that PSG is set to make a significant investment in the acquisition of two promising Brazilian talents.

The reported transfer fee for each player amounts to twenty million euros, and their imminent arrival in Paris is expected to mark the final stages of the transfer negotiations with the reigning French champions.

Gabriel Moscardo, the 18-year-old midfielder, had previously been associated with other prominent European clubs, including Barcelona and Chelsea. However, the latest information suggests that the defensive midfielder has opted for PSG.

Despite initial expectations for his arrival in the summer, the youth international's decision to join PSG is seen as a strategic move by coach Luis Enrique, who views him as a valuable addition to the team's midfield.

Adding to PSG's defensive options, the club is set to secure the services of Lucas Beraldo, a 20-year-old center-back from São Paulo. Beraldo's proficiency in build-up play has reportedly caught the attention of PSG's scouting team. Although both Beraldo and Moscardo have limited experience at the highest level, PSG is confident in the potential and abilities of these two emerging Brazilian talents.

The acquisition of Moscardo and Beraldo reflects PSG's evolving strategy under the guidance of technical advisor Luís Campos. Campos, renowned for his role in shaping championship-winning teams at AS Monaco and Lille, has influenced PSG to shift focus towards nurturing young talents rather than pursuing high-profile and costly star players.

This strategic shift is exemplified by the emergence of players like Warren Zaïre-Emery, signaling PSG's commitment to developing a sustainable and competitive squad for the future.
